Manufacturing

The pickleball paddle manufacturer behind your brand.

Thermoformed, raw carbon and fiberglass paddles built to your spec through vetted factory partners. One team runs the project from drawing to delivered cartons.

Factory-direct production routes, without flying out to vet factories yourself.

Capabilities

Every mainstream paddle construction, covered.

Each partner is chosen for what it is genuinely good at. We match your paddle to the factory with the right tooling, not the nearest one.

Thermoformed unibody

Heat-and-pressure moulded construction with foam-injected edges. The build behind most current performance paddles.

Raw carbon fiber faces

T700 and 3K raw carbon layups for spin-focused surfaces, plus hybrid carbon and Kevlar-blend faces.

Fiberglass & composite

Cost-effective fiberglass builds for entry and mid price points, programs and high-volume retail lines.

Cores & shapes

Polypropylene honeycomb cores in 13, 14 and 16mm, standard, elongated and widebody shapes, gen-4 and gen-5 style builds.

Graphics & finishing

Edge-to-edge printing, UV and matte finishes, custom edge guards, grips, butt caps, and packaging to match.

Approval-ready builds

Constructions designed to sit within USA Pickleball equipment rules, with support through listing your model.

Paddle Anatomy

Five components decide how your paddle plays.

A paddle is a face layup bonded to a core, wrapped in an edge guard, finished with a handle and grip. Each component is a spec decision, and each one moves feel, durability and unit cost.

You don't need to arrive knowing your layup. Tell us the goal in plain English, something like "soft feel, big sweet spot, premium price point", and we turn it into a manufacturable spec. You'll hear the trade-offs before you commit to tooling.

Where It's Made

China production, honestly managed.

Most performance paddles are made in China, including most "premium" US brands, because the tooling, carbon supply chain and thermoforming expertise are concentrated there. Our production partners are there too, and we say so plainly.

What matters is not the flag on the factory. It is whether the factory is vetted, the spec is enforced, and someone is accountable to you in your time zone. That is our job: partner selection, golden-sample discipline, in-line and pre-shipment QC, and freight to the US, UK, EU, Canada and Australia.

  • Tooling, export history and sample quality checked before your project lands anywhere
  • Golden-sample QC: production is measured against the sample you approved
  • Pre-shipment inspection report shared before you pay the balance
  • Landed-cost guidance: freight, duty and FBA prep in the numbers from day one

Engagement

Three ways to work with us.

  1. 1

    Brand an existing model

Fastest and lowest-minimum: your graphics on a proven open-mold paddle from a partner's existing range.

  2. 2

    Customise a platform

Start from an existing construction and change what matters: core thickness, face material, shape, grip, finish.

  3. 3

    Full OEM development

Your own spec, your own mold, your own paddle. Longer and dearer, but the product is genuinely yours.

FAQ

Manufacturer questions, answered straight.

Who actually manufactures the paddles?

Vetted factory partners, principally in China, chosen per project for their tooling and construction capability. We are the sourcing and production-management layer: we run spec, samples, QC and logistics, and we are accountable to you for the result.

Can you manufacture paddles in the USA?

The supply chain for performance paddles, meaning carbon layups and thermoform tooling, is concentrated in Asia, and most US-branded paddles are made there. If your brand strategy genuinely needs US assembly, tell us. We'll be honest about the cost and capability gap rather than overpromise.

What's the difference between thermoformed and cold-pressed paddles?

Cold-pressed paddles are assembled from face sheets glued to a core at room temperature. Thermoformed paddles are moulded as one unit under heat and pressure with foam-injected edges, which typically gives more power, more durability and a firmer, more consistent response. The trade is a higher unit cost and a higher MOQ.

Can my paddle be USA Pickleball approved?

Yes. Approval is granted per paddle model per brand, and we support the process: constructions designed within the equipment rules, documentation, and guidance through testing and listing. Approval fees are paid to USA Pickleball directly and belong in your launch budget.

What quality control happens before shipping?

Production is checked against your approved golden sample: face finish and print, weight tolerance, edge guard seating, handle and grip. A pre-shipment inspection follows, with photos and a report you see before paying the balance.
